BIO-BABA NAPPIES Bio-Baba nappies are made in South Africa using cotton and hemp, and are one of the most versatile cloth nappy on the market - being used for everyday nappies, night nappies, swim nappies and potty training. They are an all-in-one product, so no separate time-wasting procedures when fitting ie. dealing with a liner, then the nappy and then the waterproof. With Bio-Baba it is all fitted, with a flip out flap to get rid of the 'good stuff'. Bio-Babas have 'smart-fit tabs' which protect the Velcro during washing so that it does not pick up lint, which is a real problem in other cloth nappies as the Velcro no longer sticks properly after a while. You do not need to change the nappy nearly as much as normal cloth nappies as hemp really is super absorbent. Bio-Baba has a breathable outer, making it cooler for baby and less likely that bacteria will grow and cause a nappy rash. The Bio-Baba nappies don’t have a PVC waterproof which is a plus, as PVC is not “green” friendly.

They are fastened with strong, durable plastic poppers, which snap on easily and hold the nappy well so no need for pins. The nappy is designed to fit from birth to 2.5 yrs and adjusts accordingly. Breathable and waterproof nappy covers are also available.
